Hare & Tortoise was founded by Zaq Mughal, a senior digital leader with over a decade of experience designing, building and scaling modern web platforms.
Zaq has led technical strategy and delivery across multiple SaaS products, internal platforms and cloud systems — covering everything from product architecture and accessibility to security, compliance and complex platform integrations.
He's seen what happens when delivery moves too slowly — and when speed is pursued at the expense of reliability. Hare & Tortoise exists to solve that tension.
