Hare & Tortoise was founded by Zaq Mughal, a senior digital leader with over a decade of experience designing, building and scaling modern web platforms.
Zaq has led technical strategy and delivery across multiple SaaS products, internal platforms and cloud systems — covering everything from product architecture and accessibility to security, compliance and complex platform integrations.
Working at the intersection of engineering quality, delivery speed and business outcomes, he has seen what happens when delivery moves too slowly — and when speed is pursued at the expense of reliability and maintainability.
